Spring Bloom Photography Locations | Utah County Family Photographer
It’s hard to describe the feeling I get every Spring when all the flowers start blooming. Usually it’s a combination of awe, excitement, and anxiety. I get so worried I’m going to miss seeing them in full bloom, and not be able to capture all their beauty! Luckily, being a Lehi Utah Family Photographer gives me a way to do that! Here are a few of my favorite locations to capture stunning family pictures in the Spring!
April- Cherry blossoms at the State Capital
Typically the cherry blossoms begin to bloom in the beginning of April. The tree lined path circling the Capitol building is absolutely beautiful. The only con to this location is it is generally busy!
May- Lilacs, American Fork Amphitheater, Lehi parking lot
Lilacs are some of my favorite flowers, and probably the ones I am on the lookout for the most in the spring! The pictures below were taken in a parking lot in Lehi. Another spot in Utah County that has Lilacs is the American Fork Amphitheater. I love Mother’s Day Pictures with Lilacs!
June- Poppies in Alpine
Poppies are another one of my favorite flowers, and Lambert Park in Alpine, Utah is a great spot to see them! The park has the ruins of an old pioneer home in addition to a grove with trees and poppies that bloom throughout the property! It is a little bit of a walk from parking to get to the grove, but well worth it!
